🏗️Functional Requirements

Spefind platform will have a sign-up and sign-in page, speaker profile screen, search and filter screen, a booking management page, communication page, reviews and rating screen, and analytics and reporting page. These features will allow speakers to easily create an account, set up their profiles, and also allows event organizers to search and book speakers according to their preferences, communicate with speakers effectively. The features also allows for speaker rating, reviews and analytics.

Functional Requirements

User Authentication

• The platform will allow users to log in using their email and password or social media accounts.

• Users will also need to create a password to secure their account.

• Users will be required to provide their name, and email to create an account.

• The platform will have a create account page and a login page for new users.

Speaker Profile Management

• Speaker will be required to create a profile with their personal information including photos and videos of their past events.

• The personal user profile page will display all data regarding the speaker and allow them see their bookings including date, time and location.

• Users will be able to edit their profile and modify their data and settings.

Booking Management

• The platform will provide a dashboard whereby event organizers can be able to book a speaker.

• when an event organizer finds a speaker of their choice, and clicks on book now, they should be able to see the speakers schedule and availability, make payment and communicate with the speaker.

• The communication between the event organizer and the speaker must be in the platform.

• The event organizer should be able to see the speaker's schedule and availability

• The payment must be made through the payment gateway provided by the platform.

Profile and Setting

• The Profile & Settings page will be a personal user profile page that contains all data regarding the user.

• Users will be able to edit their profile and modify their data and settings.

• Speakers will be able to check their booking schedules through this page.

• Users will have the ability to edit their profiles and modify their data and settings.

• Settings that can be modified include their past event photos and videos.
